Creating an Eye Captivating Animation

In this tutorial, we'll use a simple eye photo and create a circular animation to make it look like the iris is spinning around.

Choose the Anchor tool and create anchor points around the iris and pupil

Now choose the Arrows and draw a motion path around the iris

Click Play and see how the eyes swirl into life!
