How to Create Snow Effects inside a Device

Using Mask you can show specific effects on specific areas.
Click on Effects at the left menu and under Overlays select the snow effects

At the right click Draw Mask

Change the Pen Size and Edge Fading, and draw inside the phone

You can erase the mask in case you draw outside the device
 
Click Finish when done

That's it! You have now an effect inside a device
